1 Question from SITTI FATIMAH BINTI MHD. RAMLE, 2025-07-28, 9:23:52 AM Good research. Any plan product from this findings?
Answer from the presenter, 2025-07-29, 7:48:19 AM Thank you for the comment. Yes, we do have plans to utilize these younger leaves in healthcare products because of their strong antioxidant and antimicrobial properties.
2 Question from Ms. Nik Fatin Qharanie Binti Nik Mohd Kamaruzaman, 2025-07-29, 4:54:37 PM Salam sejahtera, may I ask what volume and concentration of senduduk extract were applied to each disc during the antimicrobial assay, and how were these values selected or standardized?
Answer from the presenter, 2025-07-29, 5:31:39 PM Thank you for the question. In this study, 20 µL of plant extract (equivalent to 5 mg/disc) was applied to each disc during the antimicrobial assay. This amount was standardized based on previous studies. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was also determined, and the findings are detailed in the full manuscript.
